Every piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania, and shipped via FedEx (occasionally DHL for larger pieces). You'll automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Production time Outside of peak season, production takes around 4-12 business days (neon pieces are typically made within 7 days). Around peak season - Black Friday and Christmas - order volumes are higher, so production can take longer. If you're ordering for the holidays, we recommend placing your order early.

Faster delivery For an added fee, you can choose Priority Processing + Express Shipping at checkout. This moves you to the front of the production queue - your piece is made in 1-3 business days and shipped express, typically arriving in 2-5 business days to the US and 1-4 business days within the EU. Neon pieces follow their own production schedule, so express handling isn't available for those.
Delivery restrictions We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military base addresses, so please use a standard street address at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes If you're in the EU, there's nothing extra to pay. For orders to the US, Canada, the UK and other non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged when your parcel arrives - these aren't included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. For the US specifically, this is usually around 15% of the order value, plus a small carrier handling fee. If you're unsure about the charges for your own country, just reach out and we'll help however we can.

Product and packaging quality was fine. Time to get the product after ordering and still having to pay FedEx $32 for duties and taxes was disappointing. Not sure the value outweighs the overall costs. I doubt I’ll order from you again.

SCAM ALERT: This company will tell you shipping is free, but I received a bill from FedEx for “Import Taxes” for over $100.00 dollars with the “free shipping”??? The the company will say the “import taxes” is in the fine print and your problem. The plane…..just ok, not worth the $500 and especially $600 with the HIDDEN FEES! Don’t get scammed like me. I won’t ever over from a China company again!
The product is good. I’m concerned about the duty that fed ex is trying to collect from me. I thought the company priding the product paid that when shipping…but here I am with a foreign duty charge that I’m not going to pay because it wasn’t included in the original price or contract.

Looks just like the photo I provided and they were able to add US Air Force and the star on the fuselage. I like how the supporting pins lift it off the wall. When the light hits it the shadows make the plane look three dimensional. Dad loves it. Said it looks very impressive!
