Ready-made pieces You can return a ready-made piece within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping and any related customs or handling fees are covered by you. Once we receive the piece back in its original condition, we'll refund what you paid (minus the original express shipping fee, if you chose it, and any customs or handling charges).
Custom pieces Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be returned once production has started. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours of ordering, we'll refund you in full. After 24 hours, we can refund 70% of your order as a goodwill gesture. Before any refund, we'll always try to find a solution first - our goal is for you to end up with a piece you're genuinely happy with.
Damaged or defective items If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo - there's no need to send anything back. For minor damage, like a slight bend that can be gently corrected by hand, we'll guide you through it. For anything more significant, we'll produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you, including any customs and handling, so you won't pay a thing the second time around.
Warranty Every neon piece comes with a 2-year warranty. If something stops working, just get in touch - depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement part or a whole new piece, and you won't need to send anything back to us.
Late orders If your order is running behind the timeframe we gave you, please reach out - we'll look into it right away and get it made and shipped as fast as we can.
How refunds are issued Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please contact us before returning anything, so we can guide you through the process.
Love it, i started as an aircraft mechanic apprentice on the Norwegian rescue helicopters (Sea King), and love the look at helicopter, only downside is that i thought it was white when the light was off, but its the rubber thats pink.
Love also that you can choose between diffrent modes of the pulsing lights 🤠🤓
To bad you cant get it in RBG 😅 but still love my pink helicopter in my «to becomming man cave» 🤠

Angle Silhouette / M - 39” inch / 100 cm, for my husband’s birthday. Aircraft vibes customers service was brilliant, very helpful. I contacted them as was a little worried that it might not arrive in time for his birthday, they managed to sort out the shipping situation and was so happy that it managed to arrive on day of my husband’s birthday. He was surprised and loved the gift. Is well made and a great gift for anyone who are into aviation.
It took a month to get my order but it was worth the wait. I actually ordered 2 aircraft figures. Since I have a big blank wall, I ordered the 39" size. Finally got them and they are beautiful. Super easy to put up. If you can wait for your order, you won't be disappointed.
The DC-10 and the 727 were gifts for dad who flew both during his career. The DC-10 was his first commercial plane and the 727 his favorite to fly. He has commented over and again how he enjoys these silhouettes. Sis has commented she wants them. We are more than happy with the art.
Shipping packaging was incredibly poor and after waiting 2 months for my order, it arrived bent and damaged. It also shipped from Vietnam, so I had to pay duties on top of the order that was presented as “free shipping.” I don’t care if you stated somewhere buried in your terms that buyer is responsible for duties, it was not clear that the order would ship from Vietnam. Overall very dissatisfied. Great concept and very poor execution execution.
