Worldwide shipping — 100% tracked, and free.

Every piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania, and shipped via FedEx (occasionally DHL for larger pieces). You'll automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Production time
Outside of peak season, production takes around 4–8 business days (neon pieces are typically made within 7 days). Around Black Friday and Christmas, production can take longer — if you're ordering for the holidays, we recommend ordering early.

Faster delivery
For an added fee, choose Priority Processing + Express Shipping at checkout: your piece is made in 1–3 business days and shipped express, typically arriving in 2–5 business days to the US and 1–4 within the EU. Not available for neon pieces.

Delivery restrictions
We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military base addresses.

Customs, duties & taxes
Nothing extra to pay in the EU. For the US, Canada, the UK and other non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. For the US this is usually around 15% of the order value plus a small carrier handling fee.
